December 28 2020,
Mazda finished in first place in the recent Consumer Reports reliability study, one of the most influential and significant awards a manufacturer can receive when it comes to the quality of its vehicles.
Mazda beat out Toyota as well as Honda, Subaru, Nissan and every other automaker to take the top spot in the prestigious survey. In simple terms, Mazda is considered the most reliable brand according to Consumer Reports and its readers.
To compile its list, Mazda surveyed owners from every brand and then compiled a ranking out of 100. Mazda finished with a score of 86, largely surpassing the industry average of 60 out of 100.
The result is even more impressive given that Mazda’s lineup is essentially new with a range of new models introduced recently. This latest award proves that you don’t have to compromise reliability to get the latest features.
